TallGrass was founded in 1995 by Ben Banky and Matt Breech. We are a Vancouver-based distributor and manufacturer whose focus is on high quality, education driven brands in natural supplements, organic skin care and natural cosmetics.

The Opportunity:

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our business in Quebec and are looking for a qualified individual to join our sales team and help us do so. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include providing sales and customer service to a defined territory of new and existing customers, building and maintaining a regular call cycle, developing business plans and marketing for customers, coordinating demos and trainings for both retail staff and consumers and contributing to the overall growth of TallGrass. Attendance at tradeshows, educational seminars and sales meetings will be required.

To Qualify:

The ideal candidate must be completely bilingual in French and English, have strong customer service skills, be knowledgeable in natural health products, preferably with supporting education, have a keen interest in selling, have solid organization and time management skills and be able to work independently. Natural health food retail experience is a definite asset, as is a previous sales representative position.

Notre accent est sur des marques de suppléments naturels de haute qualité motivées par l'éducation, les soins biologiques pour la peau, et les cosmétiques naturels.

La position :

C'est notre plaisir d'annoncer qu'on continue notre croissance dans la province de Québec et nous cherchons un individu(e) pour joindre à notre équipe de ventes. Comme représentant(e) des ventes, vos responsabilités doivent inclure l'entretien des nouveaux clients ainsi que le service à la clientèle et support en ventes pour nos clients déjà établis. Entre autres, il va falloir aussi entretenir un cycle d'appel régulier, le développement d'affaires et le marketing pour vos clients, ainsi que la coordination des démonstrations et formations pour les détaillants. Ceci contribuera à la croissance de TallGrass. Assistance avec les expositions de l'industrie (l'ACAS), les formations éducatives, et les réunions d'équipe de ventes sera requise.

Pour qualifié (e) :

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) doit être complètement bilingue (français et anglais), ayant de l'expérience avec les produits naturels, préférablement avec une éducation de support. Vous devriez avoir un intérêt vif en ventes, des qualifications d'organisation et la capacité de travailler indépendamment. L'expérience dans le secteur de détail naturel sera préférable, ainsi que la représentation en ventes précédent.

Sales Coordinator

The Opportunity:

We are excited to announce the creation of a new full-time position within our company of Sales Coordinator. Based out of our head office in Vancouver, the Sales Coordinator will report to and assist the National Sales Manager in sales operations; including helping to coordinate and implement sales and marketing programs, running sales reports, supporting the sales team and keeping sales tools up to date, as well as general administrative functions such as booking travel and helping to organize sales meetings and retreats.

To Qualify:

The ideal candidate must be detail orientated, very organized and a master of multi-tasking as well as have great interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone, excellent oral and written communication skills and be team orientated. Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word is a job requirement.
