Job Summary/Mission:

TallGrass is seeking a Natural Health Product Educator for the Greater Toronto area to join our growing team. This is a part time contract position which involves the development of training materials, public presentations, product education, online webinars and occasional blog requests. Occasional paid for travel opportunities may come up to help out in other parts of Canada if interested.

A TallGrass educator is a resource for account managers and retailers. The educator educates on TallGrass' key supplement brands, and provides information above and beyond the standard product knowledge level. A TallGrass educator participates in ongoing monthly meetings with other educators & offers insights and ideas to support our work together as a team.

Outcomes/Critical Success Factors:

  • Excellent knowledge about health- from a holistic standpoint
  • Passion- ability to convey your passion for natural health when speaking publicly
  • Product knowledge- in depth understanding of our supplement brands (with training provided)

Job Summary/Mission:

TallGrass is seeking a Beauty Specialist & Educator for Western Canada. This is a part time contract position which involves the development of training materials, public presentations, product education, online webinars and demo opportunities. This position will involve some travel time within Western Canada.

.A TallGrass beauty educator is a resource for account managers and retailers. The educator educates on TallGrass' beauty care brands, and provides information above and beyond the standard product knowledge level. A TallGrass educator participates in ongoing monthly meetings with other beauty educators & offers insights and ideas to support our work together as a team.

Outcomes/Critical Success Factors:

  • Esthetician or Cosmetologist experience
  • Excellent knowledge about skin care products
  • Special interest in working with natural beauty care products
  • Product knowledge- in depth understanding of our beauty brands (with training provided)
  • Passion- ability to convey your passion for beauty care when speaking publicly
  • Inspirational- provide informative and inspiring trainings to the public
  • Audience engagement- able to reach both retailer and consumer audiences
  • Impactful- able to increase sales by providing outstanding seminars & product demos
  • Sales ability; must be able to sell a minimum of $200 worth of product in a four-hour product demonstration

National Sales Manager

Job Summary/Mission:

We're looking for a values-based individual to join our growing sales team. Your mission is to achieve and surpass TallGrass revenue and margin targets. You may not come from the natural products industry but your sales leadership expertise combined with personal passion for nutrition and natural wellness make you the perfect candidate. You know the challenges faced by today's bricks and mortar retailers and apply innovative sales strategies to partner and grow this unique category of retailers for mutual benefit. The National Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales.

Critical Success Factors:

  • Performance driven - You consistently surpass overall revenue target by a minimum of 15% year-over-year
  • Coach extraordinaire - You partner with your team of account managers across Canada through regular communication - weekly one on one calls, bi-monthly sales team calls, and quarterly in-person territory visits - all to help you build relationships, ensure accountability and seek growth both professionally and personally for your team
