Job Summary:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our BC-based sales team in the Vancouver/Lower Mainland Area in a permanent, full-time capacity. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include providing sales and customer service to a defined territory of new and existing customers, building and maintaining a regular call cycle, developing business plans and marketing for customers, coordinating demos and trainings for both retail staff and consumers and contributing to the overall growth of TallGrass. Some travel, attendance at tradeshows, educational seminars and sales meetings will be required.

Critical Success Factors:

  • Consistently exceed quarterly sales by brand budget as defined by the Eastern Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and education ability
  • Consistently manage marketing programs in the territory to support sales growth
  • Continuously build strong relationships with retail staff and buyers
  • Continuously build strong relationships with other TallGrass stakeholders such as vendors and co-workers

Competencies:

  • Sales personality
  • Previous account management experience
  • Previous natural health retail experience, preferably as buyer/manager

The Opportunity:

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be a key player in helping drive the company’s sales growth by supporting the sales and marketing teams through analyzing and reporting on key metrics, accurately executing on sales operational tasks and ensuring sales team resources are accurate and up to date. Job Summary/Mission:

We’re looking for a values-based accountant to join our growing team. You likely have at least one to two years of accounting work experience. Your mission is to support full cycle accounts receivable. Other responsibilities will include assisting with financial transactions, reports, and customer service in various accounting functions related to payables, and inventory. The Accountant reports directly to the Director of Accounting.

Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Mission:

The Supply Chain Operations Specialist provides support for the Operations Department to ensure effective and efficient flow of goods across a complex and growing supply network.

Under day to day direction of the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Operations Specialist will ensure accurate maintenance of information and data crucial to successful planning, purchasing and production of quality natural health and wellbeing products.

Outcomes/Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining reports for shipments, orders, and control logs as per Departmental and Site License SOP’s
  • Generating reports and analyzing data to support well rounded decisions

TallGrass is seeking a part-time Natural Health Product Educator for the Calgary region. This is a part-time contract position which involves the development of training materials, public presentations, product education, online webinars and occasional blog requests.

A TallGrass educator is a resource for account managers and retailers. The educator educates on TallGrass' key supplement brands, and provides information above and beyond the standard product knowledge level. A TallGrass educator also participates in ongoing monthly meetings & offer useful feedback to the Education team.
