Marketing and Event Coordinator

Job Summary/Mission:

We're looking for values aligned individual to join our growing team. Your mission is to help create and coordinate the external event marketing of TallGrass in the following areas: planning of consumer and industry trade shows and related activities, coordination of our demo program, coordination of our retail training program for both webinars and in person training.

The Marketing Coordinator position reports to the Trade Marketing Manager.

Critical Success Factors & Outcomes:

  • Responsible for planning and execution of both industry and consumer trade shows and events.
  • Coordinate in-store retail demo program to ensure each brand is represented appropriately and ensure the program is meeting company ROI goals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly Webinars and related samples & coordinate digital training program communication and related samples.
  • Ongoing support and resource for Trade Marketing projects (branded goods, POS materials) ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Reviewing marketing ad & demo expenses and ensuring they are processed in a timely fashion each week.
  • Book timely air and hotel travel for Marketing related events (trade shows, trainers) as determined by the event calendar.
  • Schedule and plan monthly and annual TallGrass internal social events: lunches, post work socials, annual Holiday party.


  • 1-2 years of experience in project or event coordination

National Sales Manager

Job Summary/Mission:

We're looking for a values-based individual to join our growing sales team. Your mission is to achieve and surpass TallGrass revenue and margin targets. You may not come from the natural products industry but your sales leadership expertise combined with personal passion for nutrition and natural wellness make you the perfect candidate. You know the challenges faced by today's bricks and mortar retailers and apply innovative sales strategies to partner and grow this unique category of retailers for mutual benefit. The National Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales.

We are looking for an Office/Executive Administrator to join our growing team to support the management team with administrative work and effectively manage day-to-day office needs.
